EXCLUSIONS: 

Is expressly excluded any liability on our part, for direct or indirect damages caused by the material provided. 

 

SUSPENSION OF SUPPLIES: 

Failure to comply with our terms of sale and payment, will result in an immediate suspension of credit.

 

RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP: 

Until full payment of goods on the invoices, full ownership of the same goods remain our sole property, transferring to the customer only after the effectiveness of such payment. 

Until full payment of the invoice, the customer will hold the goods in question as having them on others name.
